Ideal for camping at night when 50-60Β°
This is a great sleeping bag for 50Β° nights. My son felt so comfortable. However, we have camped in Montana on 38Β° summer nights and my kid almost froze to death. We had him in two layers, in a sleeping bag AND in this bag with a hat, but he was still freezing. We put a wood stove in our tent and then it was too hot. So it will take a lot of trial and error before you get the desired result.
