If, like me, you've invested in the Azio Retro Classic (which I really love), you know that one of the few real downsides is the wrist strain that can be caused by the keyboard's height. The design demands it, even if you tilt it towards you with the keyboard legs. While the keyboard itself is an investment in its own right, the right palm rest improves its usability exponentially. Design and the superior materials they use in their products, the palm rest is no different. The leather is very soft (much softer than I thought) and designed to tilt to one side of the keyboard, allowing for the perfect ergonomic fit when the keyboard stand legs are tilted. I wish the palm rest came natively with the keyboard (like the Azio Compact) but in the end it's worth the extra investment and I highly recommend getting one if you don't already have one!
