Review on Fiskars Heart Pop Up Punch 12 24687097J by Jennifer Roberts

I bought it online because it's very inconvenient and quite far from my house to go to the craft store. Although I received the correct product, it didn't work. When I opened the package I knew something was wrong as the product packaging was not fully sealed. I realized the punch wasn't blocked and brushed it off. Then I tried to pierce the paper but there was hardly a mark on the paper. I thought it was because the paper was too thin, but I couldn't get it to punch anything through. It also can't be locked, which most likely means I'll never get it to work. The kick I got was in blue which I think is their old design. but I'm not sure if that matters at all. I absolutely hate sending anything back, but spending money on packaging and return postage is almost not worth the money. I would suggest if anyone else is going to buy this, try buying it from a craft store (if possible) and then open it up before leaving the store just in case it doesn't work.
