Excellent for a few months then breaks

I really liked this product at first. The knot was useful and the cord was long and strong. However, this only lasted a few months. The tip has broken off. I have cheaper cables that last even longer. Waste. Based on other reviews it looks like this is becoming a regular issue. Update: I contacted customer service through their website and they sent a replacement within a day. Rating moved from 1 star to 3 stars for customer service. If this cable lasts longer, the rating will be updated accordingly.
