I bought these for my one year old son as I didn't like those plastic or laminate containers. They were smaller than I thought even though I read all the reviews and specs, but they still fit my purpose pretty well. I didn't like putting a lot of food in the bowl at once because he'd scatter it around, so the size of the bowl wasn't that important to me. I usually keep one in my bag when we're not at home and it was nice that it doesn't take up much space. Sure, there can't be much food in it, but I usually just bring an empty bowl so he can use it anytime we need it. I've been using them for several months and so far I haven't seen a single scratch. Good quality!
