Review on 🧡 Bayco KW-110 Cord Storage Reel - 100-Feet, Orange (with Center Spin Handle) by Stephen Pendergrass

Quick winder for Ethernet and coaxial cables

5 stars for usability. I've used two I bought for 150ft RG-6 coax and 100ft shielded Cat7 cable for setting up A/V gear at festivals. The wide push handle is just right for my medium sized hand to be comfortable enough to hold when rolling in and out. For both cable types, I pulled about 6 feet through the holder hole and braided it back through the cutouts. This gives me a braid so I don't have to uncoil the entire length to connect it) and then coil it loosely. I only had to stop a few times when I was going too fast and it wouldn't stay tight. In the photo it was both fast and free winds just to see if the size is right. It's a bit small for a 150ft coax if you want to be dingy, but if you take your time I think this would be the perfect size. Plenty of room on the spool with the 100ft Cat7 spool. I just bought two more for extension cords! More details below. 4 stars for material. There's nothing unusual about them, but they're pretty durable. What I would expect in this price range. Maybe a bit fragile so I don't throw them away. I wouldn't consider them a "tourist" complete set. You'll spend about 10-15 times more on them (with good reason). 3.0 stars for build quality. As others have noted, little material is left from the injection points of the mold, which is impractical in the grip track. Easily fixed with a razor blade. The second two I bought also had these bits and the grip screw was very loose, almost fell off. It's also easy to fix.
