My door handle was difficult to open until one Saturday while I was working it just wouldn't open. I went to YouTube to find out how to fix it myself when I found these parts. I ordered them and received them within a few days. They weren't that easy to fit, not because of the details but because of the van doors themselves. I put them on in 30 minutes and now they work better than the originals since I've owned the van (almost 13 years). I don't know how much the store would cost but I'm sure I saved myself a lot of money. It would be nice if Ford used them as genuine parts instead of plastic that breaks down over time.
