These 6500K light bulbs are perfect for seasonal depression as well as general lighting. They last much longer than incandescent bulbs and are brighter too. They give off a lot of heat, which can be good or bad depending on how you use them, but in my case it's good in the winter when my room gets cold. Not so much in summer.
