Highly recommended - best work from home headset for online conferencing

More than 1 month after using this headset from a professional who spends most of the day in online conferencing via zoom , MS Teams, Cisco Webex spends and phone calls. This review is written after using Sennheiser, Bose and Beats headsets in the last 2 months. Pros: 1. Comfort - Lightweight and sits comfortably on the head. Unlike bulky Bose, Beats, Sennheiser. These headphones are designed more for listening to quality music. 2. Connectivity - I don't use bluetooth on my laptop to connect this. Use a USB stick. Works like a charm 3. Dual Connection - Easy headphone connection between my laptop and phone. I stopped using AirPods for my phone after getting this headset. 4. Battery life - A full charge of more than 14 hours takes me 2-3 business days. I'm still charging it after it dropped under 5 hours. With the included charging stand, it's easy to charge here and now. 5. The sound quality is good. All of the headsets I bought for my headset experiments had excellent sound quality. I can hear the other side clearly. I haven't heard anyone complain about my sound on conference calls or phone calls. I can walk 5 to 10 feet without stopping, but I also lose connection completely. For a work conference, that's enough to stretch across the room. If someone is not working outside in the garden during a call, they have enough Range7. Ease of use - The buttons are easy to use. His hints during the mute will help. Plantronics Hub app on laptop and phone is typical and useful. Cons: 1. Range - would like a better range of 0.5-10ft, sometimes not enough when I want to make coffee in the kitchen while answering a phone call OR visiting someone at the front door. 2nd Price - Plantronics could probably cost around $100. $150 is still high 3rd Quality - This part is bittersweet. The lightweight headset makes it easy to work all day, but that light weight also makes it brittle to VERY easy to break.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Quality
