I have a cleaning business and I have to wear a mask for a long time. Cloth and even disposables make it difficult to breathe and very hot. You also have trouble speaking so others can understand what you are saying. These mask guards helped. They are comfortable to wear and let you breathe much easier. They also make masks cooler to wear. I buy an extra 15 to give to my grandma who is a nurse and spends 12 hours or more wearing her masks. She likes them and likes to share them with colleagues. It would be better if they help stop the glasses from fogging up. Overall great value for money. I ordered cool turtles, almost a month has passed and the order is still not ordered. I will buy more to share. I don't think there is a perfect solution to life in masks.
