Either chasing another person or dog, or possibly getting into traffic and being hit by a car. Not only will this steel collar not break, but once you've actually learned how to execute commands and corrections with your dog (without anger or yelling), your dog will walk with you perfectly almost immediately. Some people who have had dogs and know how to properly train for walking understand this. If you don't, you should seek proper training advice. If your dog is obedient, he will be happy and well-behaved, which in turn will make your walks MUCH more enjoyable. Not to mention security.
