Review on Crème Women`S Double Breated Fitted by Brittany Rodriguez

I don't understand how this coat can suit everyone! I ordered size 20 to match this coat. I wear 18! Everything fits on this coat except the shoulder blade area! I put on my coat and couldn't raise my arms at all! As long as I stood there with my arms hanging down, the coat fit, but when I moved a little, the coat got too tight! Very strange landing! The coat overall was good for the money!
