The set arrived well packaged. The drill is big and sharp. At first glance it looked very good until I tried it. Faucet is not properly grounded. I've used it in an aluminum scrap drill press to make sure everything always lines up perfectly. I couldn't open the faucet. I even went as far as to put infinite force on the tap instead of using a spring center and still couldn't thread. The supplied drill bit was 10.3mm or .406 so I switched to the next size at 10.5mm or .413 but still didn't go. I chose a different size 27/64 or .422. Using lots of taps for aluminum, I finally got a tap through 3/8 thick scrap. The resulting threads were rounded and therefore only 40 to 50% correct thread engagement. I introduced the mission with great difficulty and the results were very sloppy. I had the Helicoil brand name and had no problems with their tap and insert. You get what you pay 20 for scrap or 60 for a tool that gets the job done. I retired but started my mechanical training in 1971 and cut more holes than anyone reading this has ever seen.
