Everyone in our small company loves it! Our 20 year old very basic copier is finally wasted. The thing was that the old people who came to our office to check the press (they sold copiers) took photos of it. It turned out that parts are impossible to come by when your copier is 20 years old, so we had to fire the old lady. We only copy black and white labels and do not need anything special. There doesn't seem to be much choice in the mid-range copier range. You get either a $10,000 model that copies, staples, and nudges you, or a $150 model that still prints, copies, scans, and faxes. So I went on a search and read reviews everywhere. I've seen Costco sell this model and I trust their customers more than myself to dictate quality so I decided to take a chance and buy this model. I love that you get a high-yield 12,000-copy toner cartridge and you can put a whole ream of paper in it (less downtime and less chance of messing things up). We've had it for a few weeks and everyone loves it. It's very fast and makes excellent copies. More importantly, even those missing a few fries can make it. Aha! We were only looking for the copy feature, but we also like some of the extra features. I connected it to a computer and our Wi-Fi network, which allowed us to scan (which opens an email on the connected computer that can then be sent to the person doing the scanning), print some from their phones, and I was able to print it on both sides. our employee handbooks in one fell swoop without having to remember to flip and flip the paper into the "printer". Another yes! I didn't even know it was like that when I bought it. The only complaint I have is the noise. This thing is loud, a lot louder than the old machine it replaces, but it has benefits other than noise-cancellation. We only have to stop our conversations when he's working, which means we get more work done.
