Today I received my bag. It was wrapped in plastic in the box. There was paper in the bag to hold the shape. The bag is beautiful. It shows exactly the same as the color and style shown in the picture. It came with a card recommending that you clean your bag with a professional leather cleaner if or if you ever need it. If it ever gets wet, wipe the bag with a soft cloth. It seems well done. No defects. There are no threads hanging out of the pocket. If anything changes after using the bag regularly I will make a different statement. For now I'm happy with my purchase.
