Summary: This clock/sound emitter is extremely easy to use, has decent lighting features and loads of sounds to choose from and a working alarm function, but it may be small for some . EASY TO USE: This watch has touchscreen buttons around the edge of the face as well as a button on the top. Buttons light up when touched to make them easier to see, then dim when not in use to make them less visible on the display. Sometimes I had to press the button multiple times for it to respond, but that doesn't happen too often. The instructions that come with the watch make it very easy to work with the controls. Sounds: This includes a variety of sounds including 5 white noise options, some nature sounds, some "background sounds" like the sound of a clothes dryer, and some lullabies. Good selection, but would like more. Personally, I sleep under one of the white noise options. The volume is easy to control and I like how when the sound is turned on it first goes quiet for a second and then ramps up to whatever volume you were at last time. It also remembers which tone you used last. Alarms: There are two alarms, both of which are easy to use. Alarm 1 is amber when it sounds and Alarm 2 is blue. The alarm clocks start out VERY quiet but gradually get louder until I personally find them loud enough. I heard it from the next room once it hit the maximum alarm volume. There is no way to adjust the volume of the alarm. So if you need it louder or less loud, this is not possible. The volume worked fine for me though. There is also an option to snooze the alarm. Lighting: I love the lighting on this watch! It has 6 color options as well as a color changing mode. It looks very pretty when it lights up and remembers what color you were last time. The watch itself is white and there is also an option to have the watch glow white, which is a simple touch button on the top. Dial: The dial is a bit small. So if you have trouble seeing far away, you might have a hard time reading it from across the room. There are multiple brightness options to choose from, ranging from very dark to subtly bright. I love how dark it gets when I'm asleep because I hate when the lights are on in the room at night.
