I have a small dog with an odd little body - he is 24 pounds of muscle with a 17" neck, broad chest, with little legs and a long body. He is a terrier mix often confused for a pit bull puppy or a corgi or dachshund mix. The medium sized top paw jacket I had for him previously barely fit around his neck, while the waist strap was too big and had to be tied because the velcro strips didn't go long enough, all while the coat didn't reach his tail. This large size jacket solves all of that. It's long enough to reach his tail with the neck comfortable for him, and waste closure wraps all the way around the body be design with lots of velcro for his skinny little self. Extra bonus and so important-the waste sits far enough forward it doesn't interfere with his need to go outside. Love this jacket-would absolutely buy it again and recommend it for others.
