Glad you made the improvement.

Much more leg room. I use a heel derailleur so it takes up the space they gave away. Also extra air space between the legs and the exhaust.

Pros

Design to push out your standard driver boards 1 1/4 inches, keeping your feet out of the gas tank and exhaust
