Great product but questionable consistency

I ordered 12x12 tiles and was completely satisfied with the ease of installation and the durability of the tiles. I went ahead and ordered the same product again by looking at the order history from the same seller. I received the product and it is totally incompatible with my first purchase. I would like to order it again, but I'm afraid I'll get another tile again. It is a pity that the products sent do not match.
