I had a reaction to this that made my lobes swell and flow for several days, it was very painful, I couldn't wear my other pairs because anything that touched my lobes was causing a lot of pain. I'm not sure what exactly caused it in them, but they just weren't working with my body. They are very thick, not brittle at all which has been an issue I've had with other silicone tunnels in the past, but maybe too thick. I had to order a second pair a size smaller to even put them in my ears, so I'm getting tired of that. Someone may like them, but personally they didn't fit me and caused a very painful reaction
