Experience with Sanstar Online Store was disappointing

To put it mildly, my most recent interaction with the Sanstar online shop was disappointing. I needed some specific musical instruments and accessories as a DIY pro, so I went to Sanstar based on their claimed expertise in this field. Unfortunately, my hopes were not realized. It was challenging to find what I was searching for on the website because it was cluttered, had a confusing layout, and was difficult to navigate. I had questions about the features of the equipment I was thinking about because the product descriptions were frequently incorrect and deficient. Sanstar's prices were also not competitive, with many products costing more than I could find at other online retailers. Although I was looking for a better deal, I wound up having to pay more than I had planned. The purchasing process was frustrating because of the lengthy customer assistance wait times and the technical difficulties that added to the delays. The things I had bought suffered some damage as a result of the slow delivery and inadequate packaging. Sanstar's customer service was subpar, and the employees seemed disinterested in assisting me in resolving my problems. My overall experience was very bad, and I felt like my concerns weren't treated seriously. In light of my experience, I am unable to suggest Sanstar's online store. They have a confusing website, uncompetitive prices, a difficult buying process, slow delivery, and poor customer service. I anticipate more from a business that specializes in musical instruments and accessories as a DIY pro.
