Doesn't do what he says.
I don't know how well this product works as I intended to use it with cellular data. When I took it to the phone store to activate it, they couldn't add cellular data. So I sent the unit back and got a new one and had the same problem. So send the second device back because it is not good. If you need this device for cellular data because you've always had Wi-Fi access, I'm not worried.
