Doesn't work in my F150

Durable product, good value for money, reliable connection but no sync in my Ford F150 Synch 3 system and my phone. A message in my truck said that USB uses a lot of power. I have connected to an LG V60 thinQ 5G phone. I've had no problems with similar products in my truck and it worked great when plugged into a 110v outlet and phone. I returned it because I need to connect my phone to my truck via USB for navigation.
