I want to start off by saying I did not care for this table when it came. The color was a little more dull than I expected. The table top is not flat, it is textured and I’m pretty sure my 4yo would have ruined it over time, gotten food in the texture areas, etc. However, we decided to put sealant on the table (10 coats to be safe) and I am in love! It’s protected from my kids, it isn’t quite so dull anymore, and it should last a lot longer! Overall, the table was a breeze to put together, I love the style and and size for the price. I’m still giving the review 5 stars because the table is great and I realize that putting sealant on it was more of a personal choice.Also, I put the whole table together by myself in under 30 min but it is heavy so you may want a second person.I’ve added multiple pictures.Picture 1 is how the table looks without sealant. I purchased the set of 4 chairs that were recommended with this, and I will also be giving them 5 stars! Love this whole set up and would highly recommend for the price!
