My hair has suffered a lot from bleaching and dyeing. But after using this mask my hair became sooooo healthy again. Be realistic and don't expect perfect hair after the first use. I used it about once or twice a week and after I used up the whole jar my hair was amazing. Felt great and looked great. He smells great too. Not sure how others have used it, but I washed my hair and then left it in my hair for up to an hour. Then wash it. This is a protein mask, so make sure your hair NEEDS protein before you start using it 2 or 3 times a week. Too much protein is bad for your hair, especially if your hair isn't deficient. All in all, it has worked wonders for me! I love it and will definitely buy it again.
