I bought this as an option for a stage 2 bbl garment. Here’s the deal. It is comfortable, you can wear your own bra without the garment giving additional lines under your clothing and the crotch hooks make going to the bathroom easy. The grip under the lace leg holes actually keep the garment in place under clothes. I thought the crotch hooks would be challenging but they aren’t at all. There are two rows of hooks on the front but it wish there were more. They are visible under clothing if you wear something tight or light colored. The has garment stretched after a couple wears so if you can squeeze into a size down, you’ll get more wear out of it once it stretches. The major con is that there is only one layer of compression fabric so don’t expect this to give you firm compression. On a scale of 1-10, I’d rate the compression at a 6-7. There is double fabric in the small area over the stomach but it doesn’t do much. I’m finally able to sleep in a garment and not be in complete discomfort.
