I sent this to my father in the nursing home. He lost weight and his belt didn't fit. He told me that was not true either. Once I was able to visit it was as easy as removing the buckle, cutting the strap and putting it back together to fit. There was a picture at the bottom of the box to show me how useful it was. If he loses even more weight, we can correct him again. I don't think a dad with limited dexterity could do it, but it was very easy for me. I love that it's double sided so it only takes one for brown and black. I would definitely buy this again.
