the only difference between this case and my original GoPro case is that I can't use the touchscreen on this one while I had one on the previous one. I don't really mind it much since I rarely need to access this screen and there is another way to do everything without having to touch this screen. Was disappointed with how easily the original broke at the moment it snapped into place. ……. and since they're so similar, I'm a little "cautious" with them than my original. misleading :) But to say that you get about the same as the original equipment at a much better price and therefore much better would be pretty much right :)
