The bag is strong. I got her in the first place because she was the only one that had an attachable and detachable thermal lunch box that fit under Army regulations - I work in a building where electronics are banned so I just put part of the bag in the car can throw with an ice pack to save my phone was vital. PROS: Works great overall, the zip works well but from time to time the zip closes so you need to understand that. Also the perfect size, not a huge monster especially when the bag is off. CONS: On the third day, the handle on one side came loose and when this happened part of the shoulder strap came loose. But since no other line had any problems, I suspect this was just an accidental failure and not a quality issue.
