12-18 months means size 5! I wish I knew.
Will send back the beautiful shoes because they are too big. I received a size 5, my daughter is 3. She is 20 months old so I really thought I would be safe. I checked the sizing chart and did not find the correct size for the age range listed as a purchase option. So, needless to say, I'm not too happy about it. Luckily the nearest department store has a few items that I could order online and pick up tomorrow so I can be there in time for her suit tomorrow. She will be Dorthy.
