I like the ability to create dashboards and use it in real time. It’s easy to use since it has all the features you could need for internal audit. The support team is very responsive and always willing to help with any questions we have. They are constantly updating the software to keep up with new regulations. When they do this, it can be a little confusing at first but once you get used to it, it works well. We are solving our internal audit needs. It helps us track changes in the regulations as well as compliance.
