Review on Stylish and Classic: Pettigirl Smocked Vintage Floral Pattern Girls' Clothing by April Smith

We LOVE the style of this dress and understand the parts are cheap machine parts but I bought it for my granddaughter to wear to kindergarten. However, by the end of the day, the very thin material had torn in many places. Clearly. NOT the "high quality" fabric promised in the ad, so I'm sending the dress back heartbroken. Note: I ordered a pink dress with rosebuds from the same company for my Easter dress and so far it is holding up great.
