The quality of plastic and materials is pleasant. The idea of tightening the pliers and making more efficient use of deep drawers is a good idea. And these organizers are inexpensive. Unfortunately, the end result is that they don't work very well; I have found this to be true for all such constructs. The problem is that pliers and all similar tools just don't stand upright on their side; They only seem stable when they are lying in a drawer or hanging on a perforated board.
