Review on Tube Auto Close Folding Umbrella by Erica Williams

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good, lightweight, low profile alternative to carry in car or backpack

A cute and very portable umbrella that is surprisingly light for its size of just over 8 ounces. The spine and ribs are stronger than I expected for such a weight. The canopy material is a little thinner than some of my other umbrellas, but does the job. My favorite feature of this umbrella is the auto open/close function. I'm trying to keep and use this type of umbrella for this specific function in the car. You'll be far less likely to get wet in the rain when you can just reach a hand out the door and open the umbrella with a simple push of a button. The same is to close it when you return to the car. The automatic function has some strong springs inside, presumably because it opens and closes fairly quickly, which is possible because it opens the screen fully immediately. I have no problem pressing the button with one hand. The dome rotation feature is fine and works, but it's a bit useless to me and not very useful for the way I usually use umbrellas. I don't usually approach other objects or walk through crowds with umbrellas when it's raining. But I see how in some crowded places, such as B. on a dense sidewalk in the city or after a ball game / concert, this function will be useful. a backpack or suitcase to transport/store an umbrella so as not to damage other items. Just make sure the umbrella is completely dry before placing it in the tube. This umbrella is a very good, low profile, lightweight alternative when you want to keep an umbrella close and handy, like in the car or backpack.
