The description says to press and hold the control button and never have to remember to turn off your rear light again. When I press the button, the light immediately turns on. There appears to be press and hold feature. It's a good light, but I expected it to turn on and off automatically based on my riding activity. It does not appear to do that. It also lists it as quick release. It's held securely on the bike rack with two bolts. I don't see where it's quick release at all.That said, it is a good solid, bright light with a steady light while riding, and inexpensive, so if that's all you're looking for, it's a good price for what it is.
