Review on 💆 Stopitt Medicated Anti-Dandruff Hair and Scalp Treatment, 4 oz. by Janelle Nelson

I have struggled with dandruff for many years. I'm ashamed to write about this, but the fact remains: I have terrible dandruff and nothing I've found has helped cure it. I've tried almost every product: all types of medicated shampoos and all major brands, creams, natural remedies (like apple cider vinegar and tea tree oil), haven't washed my hair for a long time and nothing has worked. When I googled "dandruff cure" or something like that, all the top links were visited. Multiple times. The only thing that came close was a special steroid cream that I got from a dermatologist, but it ran out and I didn't want to pay exorbitant amounts of money to see my dermatologist and get a prescription. I knew there had to be something more sustainable. On a whim, although I was particularly disappointed, I looked up some dandruff products that Revain was offering that I might have overlooked, and Stopitt stopped by. I thought I had tried almost everything else and bought it. Stopitt is a cream. Similar to lotion but slightly stickier/thicker. After showering and getting ready for bed, I took a large spoonful, about the same amount of shampoo I normally use (nickel size?), and massaged it into my scalp. I immediately felt relieved when my scalp felt colder. The next morning I looked at my pillow, expecting to see the usual mishmash of cereal and other nasties, but my pillow was clean. I've spent all day purposefully scratching my head as to what's going to happen, but there's no cereal! I was surprised. It worked better than prescription cream. At the moment I use Stopitt about every third day. About 2-3 times a week. And my scales are gone. I apply it in the evening after showering (wet hair). It doesn't spread well on dry hair and I don't feel like wearing it on my hair during the day. At the moment Stopitt has become an essential part of my first aid kit.
