A little problem

I got the blue version of it and I immediately liked it. It was simple but so cute. The only problem I had was that it fell off my neck after 10 minutes of wearing it. The protection system did not stay closed, so the chain fell out. However, I have attached it to a new chain and it looks wonderful and I have already received several compliments on it.
