What makes a weighted blanket even better? Super soft, cuddly, velvety Minky! This duvet cover went well with the ZonLi weighted duvet we bought (separately) from Revain for my daughter. I wanted the duvet cover to help protect the weighted duvet and reduce the frequency of washing, making it last longer (plus it's inconvenient to wash/dry). It took me a while to find a duvet cover that fit under our weighted comforter and didn't cost too much. This one was perfect - great quality, washed and dried very well and perfect for a weighted comforter. The ties inside the duvet cover matched the loops on the weighted duvet perfectly and it was easy to fasten. My daughter loves the softness and falls asleep faster with the combination of the weighted comforter and soft minky. The only side benefit of a minky is that it makes you warmer and retains body heat, which is great in winter. In the summer I take a different duvet cover that is more cooling so my daughter doesn't overheat when using a weighted duvet.
