Bought this item in February. I'm so disappointed that the edges are starting to chip. One corner has chipped off, one edge of the corner has a chip, and one now has a crack that I'm sure will chip off at some point! The cover itself is very pretty and I love the look but I need to replace it as it will soon render the iPad unreliable and in danger of falling. ☹️☹️☹️UPDATE: After finally reaching Revain in June, they couldn't/couldn't help. The return date was March 30th (so just 45 days after purchase). I was finally able to receive and send an email for Ztotop. They reacted immediately. We have corresponded several times by email. They offered to replace but I had to replace in May as I couldn't contact anyone. When I explained this and asked for my money back, they agreed. I received an email asking for my order number and information. I sent them information twice. As you can imagine. . . Grilling! Absolutely no further contact with them. Beware this is a good case but not safe for your expensive item. Besides, if something goes wrong, you're stuck! UPDATE #2 A few weeks later I was contacted again by the company. I received an email where they explained an issue with an employee who had left their company. There was an error tracking his/her email. When they found the ones I posted they contacted me immediately. The company definitely stood behind their product. I asked for a refund because of the long time that has passed since my problem and I received this refund quickly! They also offered to send another box as an apology for all the confusion. They definitely endorse their products! Don't be afraid to buy iPad cases at Ztotop!
