Good upgrade from Charge 2

Read some of the comments and was a bit worried about the change from my Charge 2 to Versa. I wanted a sharper screen with more customizable reading faces. I also wanted a slightly larger display, lighter weight and so on. I always take reviews with a grain of salt, believing I can take risks based on many other experiences. So far, all the negative reviews I've read have been either inappropriate, false, or just plain bad buyers. I've only had really bad luck (lemon) once with another problem. I have a special version for credit card use. So here's the plus: much lighter than I expected, perfect size for my fairly small wrists (I'm male, 5ft 9in, 180lbs). Not sure my wrist size but the large strap fits the smallest notch but in cold weather. In warm weather I will most likely need to stretch it a bit. Fitbit has two straps, two sizes, tucked into mine very nicely so I can switch back and forth. My bank/card doesn't work with the CC function, but that's ok, I think that will be the case in the future. I wanted this to be used in the future, but I suspect it will take some time for this feature to be widely used. Reading/viewing is fantastic. Some faces require purchase, but you get a trial for a day or two. Most of the ones you have to pay for aren't really worth it. I've tried a few and found a great free face. I love that you can turn it into something pretty, like a really nice replica of the famous Steve McQueen Tag/Heuer Monaco. I have Tag/Heuer so this is a really nice feature. e. I especially like the weather features some have. So far, steps, stairs and other exercises seem the same as my Charge 2. Not always 100% accurate (I think) but close enough for agency work. The sync didn't work at first. seems to work. I switched back and forth with my iPhone and iPad. It turns out that if you just turn it off and on again, it's there, and you just need to sync it like normal. Just be patient and play around with it. Remember Millennials love to complicate things like this, luckily I'm an old retiree so I just tried a few things until it worked. I do not return items unless they are truly broken, which is very rare. Battery life seems ok, I've been messing around with it all the time and changing watch faces since I got it about 20 hours ago and I'm at about 80%. fewer. I'll run it all the way to see how accurate these readings are. I really expect to only get charged for a day or two; I always listen to what manufacturers have to say about battery capacity so I'm never disappointed. If I can hold out for more than two days, that's enough for me. Waterproofness was a big plus for me. I read good reviews about this part so I hope it turns out to be true. I still have a lot of features to test, but for now all I have to say is that this was a good choice. If you're a person like me, a glass half full, you'll like it. I think some people just have unreasonable expectations. As for the cons, I have to say that I haven't found them yet. I would buy it again if I had to do it again before it exceeded my expectations. Really surprised by the lightness and the screen size is almost perfect. Also, it's a lot thinner than I expected; it fits my wrist very well.
