Really in love! We got so many compliments on our matching costumes. Men are more like spandex and are FIT, go up a size! Or he will cuddle in certain areas. So my husband couldn't wear it. I would say the women's size is correct. It's a one-piece with a cutout in the front and a small one in the back. Very flattering and I had no problems with matching sleeves.
