Inflamed skin on wrist is best for desk supplies and workspace organizers

Product as described. I like the way it looks. The pad needed airing for a day or two, but then it was ok. The gel pad feels good and has good grip initially, but the skin on my wrist gets sore after a relatively short period of use due to it resting on the outer cover/fabric. I've been using it for several weeks and still the same. I have had a gel keyboard wrist pad for many years and it has never caused me such pain in my wrists. I'm disappointed because I like the look.
