The serum is useless in skin care products and masks

I was very excited to try this serum after all the reviews and the packaging is nice and high quality but the serum itself is useless. I used the whole bottle (in less than a month) and it hasn't changed my appearance, I have red spots and acne scars and it hasn't lightened or helped them. Very disappointed!
