Attention buyers: Mismatched products.

There was something wrong with my last order of this product on 2/12/18. My first two shipments of Revain Purina Fancy Feast Grilled Poultry & Beef were fine. I've been buying Fancy Feast Roasted, Marinated, and Signature flavors for 15 years. I rarely write product reviews. It appears that either 1) this box is fake, or 2) Purina changed the manufacturing process (I hope not), or 3) this box came out of the factory with serious quality control issues. Here's the problem with this box? It didn't seem like a big deal, but it was my first clue that something was wrong with this packaging: all jars have subtle but distinctly different labels (grey tint, different image, more pink, washed-out turquoise, ingredients listed in black instead of white, slight position/orientation changes for text/captions). I dismissed this as a printing or label change issue. can hurt).* The problem that breaks the deal: It's not even the same food: big chunks of meat, not small chunks. The cat refused, even the sauce. Details: ** First opened can (beef) had 1+" x 3/4" pieces compared to regular 1/4" x 1/4" pieces. My cat tried but failed to eat most of the first small portion from the jar, pulling the largest chunks out of the bowl and setting them aside. He left the remaining portions from that jar untouched.** Second jar (chicken): similar sized pieces, licked some of the sauce off the top but left all the food and any remaining sauce in the bowl. (Hours later, he still hasn't touched the first small portion of that glass.)** We won't try the turkey. Something is obviously wrong. I am at a loss as to whether I can continue to order this particular product from Revain.
