From the photos this duvet looks great. What I couldn't photograph is what I'm having trouble with. First, the flash is bright white, which is visible even under the flap. Should be the color of the ceiling itself. Second, this isn't a standard king size. I have tried inserting the insert in two different directions and there is still excess fabric that is not filled (as you can see in the photo hanging on the edge of the bed). Third, and most importantly, corner joints are garbage. This particular duvet cover only had ties on three corners making it very difficult, especially since the missing one is for the top corner. There is nothing worse than when the duvet insert comes loose and dangles in the cover. The strings are the cheapest small strings. They are short and make these tiny ties. They should be longer and thicker. Aside from the missing loop, it would have been better if it had been installed as a standard cover. There should be four more ties between the corners on each side. These missing features make this cover a piece of junk. I'll use safety pins and hope they don't come loose and cut us. Simple little things that should be standard, they are not. For this reason I give 2 stars.
