For the price I think it serves its purpose (cheap protection). The only thing I didn't like that much was the keyboard cover. I thought the letters were translucent to show the light coming from the keys; it's not like this. I also didn't like the "feel" when typing. I love the feel of the Macbook Pro's buttons and won't give it up. At first I thought it was tight because my screen was open and was pinching the top and bottom; hold it tight When I closed it the bottom kept falling off. I went through the return process and they promptly sent me a new one (before I sent the other one back). He arrived in a few days. The second fits perfectly!
