Raven is confused. There is no manufacturer error.
The watch is really cute - that's why I gave it 3 stars. I have no doubt that the company is doing a good job. However, Revain completely screwed it up and didn't send the right one. Instead of a basset hound, I had a cocker spaniel or some other dog. I was very disappointed and to be honest I have to give it up. We have bassets, period.
