UPDATE: You can read this full review if you want but my review has completely changed - I was very happy with my first results but after a few weeks they started looking crooked and crooked. I tried fixing it and getting a new perm a few weeks later and it only got worse and took MONTHS to grow back. Don't buy it, save your lashes! I was very skeptical after reading all the horror stories and the fact that this is clearly made in China, but I have to say I'm actually very happy with my results! I decided to do this after wearing eyelash extensions for 3-4 months. When I finally took them off, my natural lashes were so pathetic that I soon realized that if I had to curl them every day, they would all fall out. I followed the instructions along with the YouTube video. Applying glue is obviously difficult, but I just charged it, let it sit for 15-20 seconds, then used a long, thin wand to hold the lashes in place until they were glued, and then continued with that, glue apply to the eyelashes. No doubt he made several attempts. *Next time I make this I definitely won't use so much glue!* It took forever to come out and in the end I just gave up. I held the perm solution and then the fixative solution for about 9 minutes each. Surprisingly, nothing stung my eyes, and at one point I actually got caught in the eye (oh!). The video I watched instructed me to let the "nutrition formula" sit for 3 minutes, which I did. Then lift the lashes off the Lift Pad with the cleansing formula and simply remove the adhesive there. The instructions don't say that, but you shouldn't wet them for 24 hours or wear mascara because the lashes need to set. A few tips: Use plastic wrap to hold your lashes in place once the perm and setting solution are applied. This helped a lot because my lashes were separating from the lift and it helped keep them in place. - Try to use as little glue as possible as it is very difficult to remove. I used half a bottle of cleaning solution and I still have so much glue on my eyes :(- Without mascara, don't get wet for 24 hours because like a perm on normal hair, it needs to be set.
