Back at the office I contacted customer service via email and they immediately sent me a replacement after I sent photos of the compromised mount. Sequencing the monitors for the stream with the mouse took a few minutes, but after that it was a breeze. I highly recommend this product for the responsiveness of the support team and nothing beats the ability to travel with multiple monitors in a carry-on. These devices are undoubtedly becoming more and more advanced thanks to the intelligent developers based on customer feedback.
