I've been wearing them every day at work for 3 years and just needed a new set (some are still intact but I'm rough with them) Regular goggles are also great for mine Face. I work with UV and I can see the difference between wearing these glasses and without them so I can say they protect my eyes. I also wore a pair once when I was cycling (there were a lot of mistakes). I was riding when the stick got stuck in the tire and threw it right in my face. He hit the glasses right where my eye was and knocked a piece out of the glasses, but my eye was fine. The glasses didn't break either. The colors also go well with my clothes or face mask.
